At Wild Birch, every product is carefully hand-poured and packaged with great care. We hope you'll love your purchase, but if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number.

• A brief description of the problem.

• Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and its packaging.

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To receive a refund, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.

• Returned in its original packaging where possible.

Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, lit, melted, or otherwise altered unless they are faulty.

We also cannot accept returns for personalised or custom-made products unless they are faulty or damaged.

Incorrect Orders

If we've accidentally sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange for the correct product to be sent and cover any return costs where necessary.
